Morelli, 18, uses a wheelchair to get around because of an autoimmune deficiency that resulted from a procedure performed when she was 14; she has no feeling in her feet.

Friday, July 06, 2012BOARDMAN, Ohio -- Local reporters were not permitted to accompany President Barack Obama this morning when he toured Summer Garden Food Manufacturing Inc. on McClurg Road. As is the White House practice, a local pool reporter was assigned to share a report.
According to Stephanie Warsmith of The Beacon Journal in Akron, the president spent about 20 minutes at the food processing plant.
Obama to Tour Zidian's Summer Garden Food Plant
Friday, July 06, 2012YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- President Obama brings his "Betting on America" bus tour to the Mahoning Valley this morning with stops at Summer Garden Food Manufacturing in Boardman and Dobbins Elementary School in Poland. But unlike other stops on this campaign swing through swing-state Ohio, Obama's appearances here will be closed to the public.
Only 200 tickets were distributed for Obama's talk at the Dobbins School, with 15 reserved for officials of the Poland school system, sources say. The talk is scheduled to take place at 10:45 a.m.

Tuesday, July 03, 2012YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio –President Barack Obama will speak Friday at Dobbins Elementary School in Poland Township as part of his two-day "Betting on America" bus tour, his re-election campaign announced minutes ago. The speech, an additonal stop on the tour, will take place at 10:45 a.m.
President Obama's re-election campaign confirmed this morning that it was considering the addition of a Mahoning Valley stop to the president's bus tour.
Said Ben LaBolt, Obama for America national press secretary, "We're taking a look to see whether we can add a stop in the Mahoning Valley."
