Tuesday, July 10, 2012YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – During the early 1980s, Pedro Colon Jr. was stationed at the 8th Army Hospital in California, where he served as a medical laboratory specialist assigned to the 7th Infantry.
Colon attended the U.S. Academy of Health Sciences, and received extensive training in patient care and developed a long list of skills that he thought would serve him well in the private sector once his military service ended.
He was wrong.

“Dobbins Elementary School,” she replied.
“Dobbins. D-o-b-b-i-n-s?”
“Yes.”
Tapper proceeded to record his on-location stand-up, laying down four or five takes before nodding satisfaction to his videographer and exiting for the closed-circuit TV press room set up for the White House press corps.

The government reported the unemployment rate remained at 8.2% in June, and just 80,000 jobs were created.
