The best-seller highlighting Reagan's religiosity was released in paperback last week, according to a college news release.Feb. 6 would have been Reagan's 94th birthday.The new paperback edition offers the only complete story on Reagan and his relationship with God.

Monday, February 07, 2005YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- What part of "No" doesn't management understand?That was the message sent by striking members of the Youngstown Newspaper Guild Monday night as they cast more votes to reject The Vindicator's "best and final" offer than they did Dec. 8 -- the first time the contract was rejected.The vote total, 107 to 20, represented an 84% majority in favor of rejecting the proposal -- which the company refused to consider changing the last time negotiators met -- Jan. 18. At that bargaining session, the Guild presented a counter proposal, which the company summarily rejected.
Purdue Engineers Define 15 Dimensions of 'e-Work'
Monday, February 07, 2005WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- An industrial engineer at Purdue University who coined the term "e-work" in 1999 to describe activities that require computer networks now defines 15 e-dimensions of e-work to help people and machines collaborate over global networks.E-work systems are needed for applications ranging from manufacturing to telemedicine, maintains Shimon Nof, a professor of industrial engineering. "When we say e-work, we mean work that depends on the collaboration of people, machines and computers," Nof says.

New Wilmington Area Business Expo Set for March 19
Sunday, February 06, 2005"NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. -- The third annual New Wilmington Area Business Expo will be held Saturday, March 19 at the Westminster College Memorial Field House, and the deadline for businesses to register is Feb. 14, according to Betty Jones, co-chairman of the event. Available space, she added, is filling up fast.Last year's Business Expo featured booths from 105 area businesses and over 1,000 visitors packed the Westminster Field House, Jones said.
Former CNN Anchor Returns to Alma Mater

"An Insider's Scoop: A Conversation with Jan Hopkins" is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. in the Alumni Heritage Room in Teachout Price Hall.A native of Warren, Ohio, Hopkins is a 1969 graduate of Hiram College. She studied psychology and elementary education. A life-changing experience on a study abroad trip led her to a career in journalism. "I was studying in Prague when Russia invaded Czechoslovakia in 1968," said Hopkins.
