BOARDMAN, Ohio -- Farris Marketing has entered into a joint venture with marketing guru and best-selling business author Harry Beckwith to produce and publish on online newsletter Invisible Ink -- Thoughts on Marketing.Invisible Ink is a monthly newsletter delivered via e-mail that deals with issues related to sales and marketing, said George F. Farris, president of Farris Marketing. The newsletter is targeting more than 100,000 chief executive officers, business owners, sales and marketing executives, and the business-to-business press.Beckwith is the author of three best-selling business books -- Selling the Invisible, The Invisible Touch and What Clients Love -- and has spoken frequently at sales meetings and corporate settings. "Nearly a million people have read Harry's business books," Farris said. "But they've had to wait two years between each book. There was a great demand to hear Harry's advice more frequently. With Invisible Ink, Harry will be able to share his thoughts once a month."Beckwith is a former creative director at the Minneapolis office of an award-winning international ad agency, but has since limited his practice to writing and speaking. Farris said he and Beckwith struck up a friendship and a professional relationship followed after the writer reviewed and complimented Farris' work. With the advent of Invisible Ink, Farris said, his clients will get "the added benefit of one of the world's foremost marketing professionals as an added resource."Subscribers to Invisible Ink will get monthly reminders of some of the key strategies detailed in Beckwith's books along with his takes on the business of marketing today, Farris said. The newsletter is free to those who register at Farris' or Beckwith's Web sites.Visit Farris Marketing: www.farrismarketing.comVisit Harry Beckwith: www.HarryBeckwith.com"
