YSU Names Performing Arts Series for Donald Pipino

$64M Expansion Set for Titanium Oxide Plant
Friday, October 11, 2013ASHTABULA, Ohio -- Cristal Co., the world’s second largest producer of titanium oxide and Ashtabula County’s largest manufacturer, plans a $64 million expansion of its Cristal USA facility in Ashtabula Township, the company announced Friday.
The planned upgrade will include adding $45 million in fixed assets at the 140-acre facility, along with the hiring of 25 full-time employees to the augments its current workforce of 500 associates at the 140-acre facility.
