The signs proclaiming the new identity went up Saturday, a bank spokeswoman said Tuesday.
Saturday was the day F.N.B. Corp.’s acquisition of PVF Capital Corp. was completed, F.N.B. announced Tuesday. First National Bank is the largest subsidiary of F.N.B.; PVF Capital was a one-bank holding company.
Quaker Steak Signs Deal to Open 4 Restaurants
Wednesday, October 16, 2013SHARON, Pa. -- Casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube Tuesday signed an area development agreement with Albatross Group LLC for four restaurants throughout Virginia and Tennessee, the first to open in Bristol, Va., next spring.
John Longstreet, president and CEO of Quaker Steak, made the announcment and said the other three will open “over the next several years.”

Youngstown OKs Phased Demo of Wean Property
