More IHOP Restaurants Planned for Youngstown Market
Tuesday, July 27, 2004GLENDALE, Calif. -- Restaurant developer David Paradise and his partners have signed agreements to develop five IHOP restaurants in Youngstown and Cleveland markets over the next 18 months and acquire five existing IHOP restaurants from other franchisees.Currently, IHOP restaurants are located in Niles and Boardman.Through a second multi-store development agreement, Paradise plans to develop 35 more restaurants in the Youngstown and Cleveland markets and throughout Kentucky over the next eight years.

With the seven million shares remaining from a previous board authorization, this brings the total repurchase authority to 32 million shares.The shares will be acquired either in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. Also recently, directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of 31 cents per common share payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record on Aug.
Stark County Advocacy Council to Focus on Manufacturing
