Monday, February 28, 2005PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Sales of U.S. luxury homes valued at $1 million or more at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp. surged to an all-time high of $35.5 billion last year, surpassing the company's previous record of $23.3 billion set in 2003, according to Jim Gillespie, president and chief executive officer.

"A periodic review of your credit history can also help in the early detection of identity theft," Petro said.Consumers can obtain their free credit report by logging onto www.annualcreditreport.com or by calling toll-free (877) 322-8228.
Federated and May Department Stores Announce Merger
Monday, February 28, 2005CINCINNATI -- Federated Department Stores Inc. and The May DepartmentStores Co. have entered into a merger agreement, officials announcedearlier today. Under the terms of the agreement, each share of May,which is headquartered in St. Louis, will be converted into the rightto receive $17.75 per share of cash and 0.3115 share of Federatedstock.Based on the 10-day trading average of Federated stock as of Feb. 25,2005, this equates to a value per share of $35.50, or $11 billion intotal equity value.
