St. Clair Chamber to Sponsor Oil and Gas Workshop
Tuesday, March 20, 2012CALCUTTA, Ohio -- The St. Clair Township Area Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the township's board of rustees, will sponsor an "Oil and Gas Workshop" for local businesses April 3. A panel of experts will present ways in which local businesses can prepare and plan for developments as a result of the Marcellus and Utica Shale boom.
$2.5 Billion Deal to Bring More Investment in Utica
Monday, March 19, 2012YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A $2.5 billion acquisition announced late today is poised to bring another huge investment to develop midstream infrastructure in the rich liquid gas fields of eastern Ohio’s Utica Shale.
Williams Partners, based in Tulsa, Okla., will pay $2.5 billion to acquire Caiman Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary, Caiman Eastern Midstream LLC.
