Second quarter earnings per share were 43 cents, up 2.4% from 42 cents for the second quarter last year. $1.6M Upgrade Set for Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport

"We have not given the contractor a notice to proceed. We were waiting on federal grant monies, the application's just come in so we're going to kick off the project next Thursday," said Daniel A. F.N.B. Reports Higher Earnings for Second Quarter
Thursday, July 22, 2004HERMITAGE, Pa. -- F.N.B. Corp.(NYSE: FNB) reports good loan and deposit growth resulted in higher earnings for the second quarter and the first six months of the year. The bank holding company released its earnings report following the close of trading yesterday.Net income for the second quarter was $15.1 million or 32 cents per share, F.N.B. reported. This compares to net income from continuing operations of $14.1 million or 30 cents per share for the second quarter of 2003, a 6.7% increase, and $16.2 million or 34 cents per share for the first quarter.

Lenhoff Exits Youngstown Playhouse Before Curtain Rises
