Farmers Completes Acquisition of National Associates
Tuesday, July 02, 2013CANFIELD, Ohio -- Farmers National Banc Corp. has completed the acquisition of the retirement planning consultancy National Associates Inc. of Rocky River, a suburb of Cleveland, John S. Gulas, president and CEO of Farmers, announced Monday.
The transaction closed yesterday and Farmers expects it to be accretive to earnings immediately. National Associates keeps its corporate name, entire staff of 17 and offices in Rocky River.
Third Frontier Adds Programs, Eyes More Jobs

Average attendance at the first four was 1,200, she relates.
The main events are scheduled for the Saxon Club on South Meridian Road, she says. The weekend will celebrate all things Polish: Polish cuisine, folk art, the Polish language and culture, Heschmeyer says.
Helping to celebrate are two polka bands and performances by Living Traditions Folk Ensemble.

YMCA Receives $25,000 from Youngstown Foundation

The grant helps to complete the first two phases of the project that call for replacing the system on the bottom level of the original 96-year old building of the Y.

Organic Growth Drives Middle Market Expansion

While nearly half of the middle-market leaders polled said they have not been merger-minded so far in 2013, 57% of companies indicated they will expand their businesses within the next six months, mostly by adding employees, buying equipment or adding new facilities, according to the most recent quarterly Middle Market Business Sentiment Survey by KeyBank Commercial Bank.
