All these basic ingredients mix well in the hamlet of Petersburg, but whether it becomes the center of the region’s next major midstream and processing project may not be known for a year.

Gulfport's New Production Results Fall Below Antero's
Wednesday, September 18, 2013OKLAHOMA CITY -- Gulfport Energy reports it recently placed three Harrison County Utica wells in production and the gas, already sold, is flowing into the pipelines.
However, the latest production results are substantially weaker than earlier wells the company drilled while competitors tapping into this southern portion of the Utica have turned up massive production numbers.
Quaker Steak to Build Restaurant in Warren
Wednesday, September 18, 2013SHARON, Pa. -- Quaker Steak & Lube will break ground for its newest restaurant, to be built at 2191 Millennium Blvd., Warren, at 2 p.m. Oct. 4 with a “Hard Hat Party,” John Longstreet, president and CEO, announced Tuesday.
The site in between northern Warren and Cortland.
Longstreet said he has signed an agreement with Thomas Terleski/Elmhurst Properties to build the casual dining restaurant scheduled to open in early 2014.

Hagan Seeks ODNR Records on D&L Investigation
Tuesday, September 17, 2013YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- State Rep. Robert Hagan (D-58) today sent a letter today to the director of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, James Zehringer, requesting public records from the illegal brine dumping incident that took place earlier this year in the Mahoning Valley.
The letter follows recent reports that ODNR is withholding public records on the incident from a statewide environmental group. It was released to the press by Hagan's office.
