First Place Opens Lending Office in Indianapolis

(Nasdaq:FPFC), today announced it is moving into the greater Indianapolis market with the opening of a lending office in Carmel, Ind.The office will initially concentrate on financing commercial real estate, said Carig L. Thursday, August 19, 2004"By George NelsonYOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Bids will be opened Aug. 31 for the structural steel and pre-cast concrete packages for the Youngstown Convocation Center. At a pre-bid meeting held this morning at City Hall, 11 vendors took out bid packages for the work. The structural steel package covers the framework of the $41 million project. The pre-cast concrete is used for the risers and seating.
