National City Teams With Medical Mutual for HSAs

Wheeling-Pitt Electric Arc Furnace Burns First Heat
Monday, November 29, 2004WHEELING, W.Va. -- Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp's continuous electric arc furnace at the company's Mingo Junction, Ohio, plant completed its first heat at 11:50 a.m. yesterday, less than 16 months after the project was authorized. The Consteel EAF is a continuous steelmaking furnace. Its integration into Wheeling-Pittsburgh's traditional blast furnace hot end is unique in the United States, according to James G. Black Friday Weekend Rings Up $22.8 Billion in Sales

The average shopper spent $265.15, bringing total weekend spending to $22.8 billion, the National Retail Federation announced yesterday.As of Sunday, the average person has completed 36.8% of his or her holiday shopping.
Technology Employment Levels Start to Creep Up
Monday, November 29, 2004CHICAGO -- The technology sector is anticipating overall net employment to increase slightly for the next three to 12 months, but with lower growth than predicted last quarter, according to he Clark Consulting Technology Employment Confidence Index released today. The Index remains above 50 at 58 over the next 12 months. At 50, the Index indicates expectations of no increase in employment; below 50 indicates an anticipated reduction in employment; and above 50 indicates an expectation of an increase in employment.
