May Sales of New Vehicles Up 11.5% in Valley
Wednesday, June 11, 2014YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Sales of new vehicles climbed 11.5% in May among dealers in Mahoning, Columbiana and Trumbull counties compared to last year, according to the Automobile Dealers Association of Eastern Ohio's monthly report.
ADEAO reports that dealers in the three-county area sold 2,618 new cars and trucks during the month, compared to 2,347 sold a year ago, an 11.5% hike.
Ohio, Virginia Chambers Launch Health Insurance Exchange

Reynolds is the president and CEO of CieloStar, which operates private exchanges in North Carolina and Oklahoma through similar chamber of commerce partnerships.
Millennials: Great Recession Taught Them to Save

Lordstown Commission Vetoes Power Plant Zoning
Tuesday, June 10, 2014LORDSTOWN, Ohio -- The village planning commission last night vetoed a zoning change for a 57-acre site where Clean Energy Future LLC said it hoped to build an $800 million natural-gas fuel power plant on Salt Springs Road.
The vote was 4-1 against the project.
