Tickets Available for Biden's Visit to M7 Technologies
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Tickets are available today at President Barack Obama’s campaign office downtown to see Vice President Joe Biden, who will speak at M7 Technologies here Wednesday.
The campaign event is scheduled for noon, one of two public stops the vice president has scheduled in Ohio this week – he will visit a family-owned Chevrolet dealership Thursday in Martins Ferry – to tout the Obama Administration’s efforts to support Ohio’s workers and middle-class families “because our state, and the Mahoning Valley, are going to play a big role in this election.”
The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are available at 25 W. Federal St. from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today.
Biden last visited the Mahoning Valley prior to the 2010 general election when he campaigned on behalf of then-Gov. Ted Strickland, who was seeking re-election.
Obama’s presumptive Republican rival, Mitt Romney, spoke in Youngstown just prior to Ohio’s Democratic primary this year.
