CANFIELD, Ohio – Mild weather throughout the fall and winter contributed to an earlier than expected completion date for construction of The Inn at Ironwood. The the new assisted living facility here now will be completed in August, officials said.

The 55,000-square-foot building features 64 assisted living units ranging in size from studio to deluxe, two-bedroom suites. Amenities include a beauty/barber salon, fine dining, ample space for social gatherings, and an outdoor recreation space in an enclosed courtyard featuring a putting green and grill area. Health and wellness services will be designed to help residents enjoy independence with the right amount of support.

Ed Reese, CEO of EDM Management in Boardman, and Mike Naffah, president of Naffah Development in Canfield, partnered on the $7 million project that is expected to provide 25 full-time jobs.
