YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Youngstown State University’s graduate program in counseling is among the top 25 most affordable in the Midwest, according to a list released by “Best Counseling Degrees," the university reported Monday

YSU’s program in the Beeghly College of Education is ranked 17^th in the 12-state Midwest region, according to the website, www.counselingdegrees.net. It is the only program at an Ohio public university to make the top 25. 

YSU’s master’s degree in counseling has options in clinical mental health counseling, school counseling, addiction counseling and student affairs.
