Howard Hanna Represents Victory Hill
"AUSTINTOWN, Ohio -- Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Pittsburgh, yesterday announced Victory Hill, a new development of upscale homes in the township. A ground-breaking ceremony will be held on Feb. 15 to celebrate Austintown's newest community, according to a company news release.Victory Hill has been developed by Meander Homes and will be built by Bill Clipse, who has constructed new homes throughout Trumbull and Mahoning Counties, including Chapel Valley in Austintown. Clipse is the owner of Meander Homes, the release stated.Victory Hill will feature single-family ranches as well as 1 1/2 and 2-story colonials with floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet and up. Packages will start at $157,000, and there are five models to choose from and customize, the news release said.All homes will include ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths, and entry, Anderson windows, three to four bedrooms including an owner's suite with walk-in closet, two full baths, living room fireplace, and attached two-car garage.A total of 25 lots will be developed during the first phase of Victory Hill, the news release said. Phases two and three are expected to follow soon, the release said. Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Smythe, Cramer Co. form the eighth largest full-service real estate company and the fourth largest privately held real estate company in the United States.
