In a news release announcing three other transactions, Bill Kutlick, broker, said Hoover Fence purchased a 65,800-square-foot warehouse building located on 5.89 acres in Newton Falls. The sale price was $200,000, he noted.
In addition, Kutlick Realty represented Sumerel Tire, Columbus, in its lease of a 12,000-square-foot building in North Jackson.
