HBA Home & Garden Show Celebrates 61st Year
BOARDMAN, Ohio -- The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of the Valley will host its 61st Annual Home & Garden Show Friday through Sunday at Mr. Anthony's here. Again this year, admission is free.
The show will be open from noon to 8 p.m. on the 24th, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the 25th and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the 26th.
The HBA encourages the general public to attend the show to talk with vendors directly. “The most important part of any home improvement project is choosing the right contractor," said Jennie Brewer, executive officer of the HBA. "This show gives consumers the opportunity to meet these contractors face-to-face, ask questions and see examples of previous projects. Finding a reputable contractor has never been more important given today’s economy. The HBA certified contractors have established businesses, carry liability and workers comp insurance and agree to the HBA ethics and standards”.
Co-chairmen of the 2012 show are Dave Novak, D & R Doors Plus, and Bill Clipse, Meander Homes. Sam Boak, 2012 HBA president, and Brewer will be at the show all three days.
Free admission is made possible through sponsorships by Banner Supply, Boak & Sons Roofing & Insulation, WW Heating & Air Conditioning and Zinz Construction & Restoration.
For additional show information, visit the HBA Website.
