WARREN, Ohio -- Today as pre-sale tickets became available online for comedian Bill Cosby’s scheduled appearance March 13 at Packard Music Hall here (CLICK HERE), new allegations of sexual assaults coincided with NBC canceling a series Cosby was developing for the network and the TV Land cable network removing “The Cosby Show” from its lineup.
Since the latest allegations (READ STORY) surfaced, Cosby has canceled press interviews and live TV appearances but not scheduled concerts. According to published reports, he and his management team have no intention of not performing as scheduled.
Tonight Cosby will appear before a sold-out audience at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. Tomorrow night his show is booked before a sold-out audience in Melbourne, Fla.
“We're aware of the situation and we're closely monitoring it,” said Eric Ryan, president of JAC Management Group, which operates the Packard Music Hall under a contract with the city of Warren.
“The agreement was signed several months ago,” Ryan continues. “We're in constant communication with the promoter. We're still under a contract.”
Tickets to Cosby’s show here are priced at $42, $55 and $65 plus fees. They go on sale tomorrow.
