Employee Confidence Level Rises in November
Friday, December 05, 2014ATLANTA -- For the third consecutive month, employee confidence rose in November, according to the Randstad U.S. Employee Confidence Index. Some 37% of workers believe the economy is gaining strength compared to 29% who feel it is weakening.
The Randstad Index, which tracks American workers' monthly perspectives about their jobs and the economy, rose 0.5 point to 58.7 from 58.2 in October.
KSU Trustees OK $94.75M for Science Buildings
Friday, December 05, 2014KENT, Ohio -- Trustees of Kent State University have approved a $94.75 million investment in science technology and infrastructure.
The trustees approved construction of a $37.55 million integrated sciences building for the college of arts and sciences, and in a separate action, approved $57.2 million for renovations to the existing science building and laboratories on the Kent Campus Science Mall.
