Thursday, February 05, 2015EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio -- Tri-State 1st Banc Inc., holding company of 1st National Community Bank, Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $215,297 and full-year 2014 net income of $918,900. This compares to fourth-quarter 2013 net income of $273,321 and full-year 2013 net income of $1,113,529.
The company did not provide earnings per common share data or any tabular data.
RTI International Metals Joins Research Consortium

CCAM brings together manufacturers, Virginia’s top universities, and the NASA Langley Research Center. As a principal industry member, RTI will participate in generic research at CCAM’s state-of-the-art facility in Prince George County.
StoneFruit to Add Location in New Canfield Library

StoneFruit will open a space within the branch to offer coffees and espresso, as well as hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, drinks for kids and more.
CoreLogic Index Shows Housing Prices Rose 2.6% in December
Thursday, February 05, 2015IRVINE, Calif. -- Home prices in the Youngstown-Warren-Boardman metropolitan area, including distressed sales, rose by 2.6% in December compared to a year earlier, CoreLogic reports. On a month-over-month basis, prices in December decreased by 2.8% from November.
Excluding distressed sales, year-over-year prices decreased by 0.1% in December from December 2013, according to CoreLogic’s Home Price Index. Excluding distressed sales, the index indicates home prices decreased on a month-over-month basis by 2.0% in December from November.

Vallourec Star Plans Three-Week Shutdown
Wednesday, February 04, 2015YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Vallourec Star announced this morning that it plans to shut down its pipe and tube operations here for a three-week period effective in mid-February.
The company, which manufactures oil country tubular goods, or OCTG, pipe for the oil and gas industry, took the measure because of the declining oil and gas market.
"In response to the declining oil and gas market, Vallourec Star continues to adapt our operating plans to business demands," the company said in a statement. "The economic realities we are facing require additional action."
GM Reports 2014 Net Income of $2.8 Billion
Wednesday, February 04, 2015DETROIT -- General Motors Co. today announced fourth quarter net income attributable to common stockholders of $1.1 billion, or 66 cents per diluted share, which included a net loss from special items of $0.9 billion or 53 cents per share.
For the full year, GM said net income attributable to common stockholders was $2.8 billion, or $1.65 per share, down from $3.8 billion, or $2.38 per share in 2013. 2014 was the fifth consecutive profitable year for the company.

EV Energy Partners to Sell Stake in Utica Midstream
Wednesday, February 04, 2015HOUSTON -- EV Energy Partners L.P. plans to sell its interest in the Utica East Ohio Buckeye midstream network in 2015, the company announced Monday.
The UEO system includes the Kensington cryogenic plant in southern Columbiana County and a fractionation plant in Scio, Ohio. Last year, the company sold its interest in Cardinal Gas Gathering Services, which collected gas from nearby wells and transported it to UEO's processing plants.
