Cafaro Co. Confirms It's Moving HQ from the City
Wednesday, October 30, 2013YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- After 64 years, the Cafaro Co. is planning to move its corporate headquarters – and its nearly 200 employees -- from the city to an as yet undetermined location, the company confirms.
"Within 24 months, we'll be moving from our current office building," at 2445 Belmont Ave. on Youngstown's North Side, said spokesman Joe Bell.
Just where the mall developer's new headquarters will be remains uncertain, but the company is in discussions with the city of Niles about a possible site at the company's Eastwood Mall Complex, Bell said.

F.N.B. Prices Shares in Public Offerings
Wednesday, October 30, 2013HERMITAGE, Pa. -- In two announcements Tuesday, F.N.B. Corp., parent of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, set a price of $12.25 per common share on its registered public offering of 4.1 million shares and $25 on four million depository shares.
F.N.B. announced Monday that it would seek to raise $50 million by selling common shares, but did not set a price, and up to another $100 million in perpetual preferred stock if it thought the market warranted such action.

Eastern Gateway Student Project Helps Beatitude House

This fall, they are collecting personal supplies for residents of the Beatitude House and sponsoring Project HELP Nov. 9.
The HPAC (Health Provisions Affinity Community) Benefit for Beatitude House is collecting donations of paper and household items, cleaning supplies and personal-care items through Nov. 29. Donation boxes have been placed throughout the Valley Center.

Covelli Centre Shows Modest Loss in Third Quarter
Tuesday, October 29, 2013YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- The city-owned Covelli Centre showed a modest net loss of $1,221 during the quarter ending Sept. 30, well below the expected $12,414 deficit the operators of the arena had projected.
According to an income statement provided by the city, the Covelli Centre saw total adjusted gross income of $388,137 for the period versus expenses of $389,358.
The third quarter is generally a slow period for indoor entertainment venues. However, the fourth quarter is usually one of the strongest periods for the Covelli Centre.
Fourth Plant Eyed for Kensington Gas Complex
Tuesday, October 29, 2013SCIO, Ohio -- Just three months into production, a potential expansion of Utica East Ohio Buckeye's Kensington cryogenic plant in Columbiana County is already in the works, says a top oil and gas executive.
"We have a fourth plant that is planned to sit on that site," said Frank Tsuru, president of M3 Midstream, which along with Access Midstream and EV Energy Partners operate the UEO Buckeye system.
