Trumbull, Northside Launch Senior Circle Program
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Seniors in Trumbull and Mahoning County communities have a new resource for fun activities, meeting new people and sharing common interests. Senior Circle is a program designed especially for adults age 50 and up to promote fellowship, fun and healthy aging.
ValleyCare Health System of Ohio is launching Senior Circle at Northside Medical Center here and Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren to provide area seniors an outlet for enjoying their golden years and pursuing an active lifestyle, while learning about health and wellness and meeting others with similar interests. Senior Circle membership provides a variety of benefits, including social opportunities, health education programs, exercise classes, volunteerism, entertainment, and day and overnight travel ranging from area historical and cultural attractions to resort destinations.
Northside Medical Center kicks off its Senior Circle chapter with a free health fair and vendor expo on April 27 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman from noon to 2:30 p.m. The event features lunch, nostalgic music and film clips, games, door prizes and much more.
