YSU Trustees Meeting in Executive Session
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- At this hour, the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees is meeting behind closed doors to discuss whom they will select as the school's next president.
Trustees convened an emergency meeting at 7:30 and immediately went into executive session.
Reporters are camped out in the trustees meeting room in Tod Hall where a podium has been set up, apparently to facilitate questions from reporters once the executive session concludes.
All indications point to Jim Tressel being selected by the board, which has also scheduled a meeting for Monday at 6:30 p.m.
Whether Tressel's selection is made public today or Monday should be known shortly. Keep checking BusinessJournalDaily.com for the latest.
