One key reason why Winkle Electric has lasted has been its ability to the recruit and retain “a talented core team,” says Rick Teaberry, a company director. “This team has been tested over the years on their talent and skill level given an array of changing environmental and industry circumstances. They have proved to be the utmost professional team who have stuck together and helped in creating the success of this organization.”
To position Winkle Electric for more growth and stability, the company restructured its executive team, which includes creating two positions: chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Brian Vennetti, a certified public accountant, is the CFO while Robert (Bob) Conger is COO.
“We believe that these internal changes will improve our customers’ experience as well as responsiveness to employee needs," said director Larry Teaberry Jr. "Rick and I will be transitioning titles to that of director, freeing us from daily operational issues and thus promoting greater speed and customer satisfaction. We will remain involved in the setting of company goals and direction as well as any major strategic initiatives needed.”
