Taylor-Winfield Moves into Corporate Office Complex
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Taylor-Winfield Technologies, part of the Brilex Group of Companies, has relocated to its recently completed corporate office complex at 3200 Innovation Place, an addition connected to its plant there.
Construction on the 16,000-square-foot addition to the 100,000-square-foot plant began last spring and was completed on schedule with an occupancy date of Dec. 17. The addition was designed by David Paul Harris Architecture and built by Murphy Contracting. The project was financed by Cortland Banks.
The addition puts all engineering, sales, product management and management personnel under one roof. T-W previously operated two locations: one in Hubbard for administrative, sales and technical support and one in Youngstown dedicated to product manufacturing.
“T-W executives asked for a modern, industrial and technical styled building representative of the equipment they produce and customers they serve. I believe that is exactly what we produced for them,” Harris said.
“This modern facility represents the bright future for T-W and our goal of bringing advanced manufacturing solutions to customers worldwide,” said Alex Benyo, president of Taylor-Winfield Technologies. “Combining the corporate and manufacturing facilities into a unified complex is a tangible example of the company’s commitment to our employees and customers and is representative of our vision of the future.”
