Kutlick Realty Begins Year with 10 Sales, Leases
BOARDMAN, Ohio -- Kutlick Realty LLC has leased or sold more than 200,000 square feet of real estate since the beginning of the year, broker Bill Kutlick reports. The sales and leases cover 10 transactions.
The largest is the sale by Kutlick agent Gary Lasko of the former Delphi Building at 1000 Main St. in Cortland to Maxil Realty Inc. Price was $2.16 million for the 165,000-square-foot building that sits on 33 acres.
“There were three offers on the property” when it went under contract, Kutlick says, and the sale closed within 60 days.
Kutlick Realty also leased 6,000 square feet to Aim NationaLease for space in the former Delphi world headquarters on Belmont Avenue in Liberty Township. Kutlick reports 8,700 square feet remains available there for lease.
Kutlick Realty sold the real estate and land in Canfield on the northeastern corner of U.S. 224 and Talsman Drive where Arby’s sits. The Arby’s franchisee bought the property. And Kutlick sold Office Building 4 at Addison Reserve, at the corner of Shields Road and state Route 46 in Canfield Township.
“Addison Reserve’s Class A environment continues to satisfy customer demand,” Kutlick says. The brick office condominium sold for $133.33 per square foot, he noted, and retail space remains available.
The third phase of the Addison Reserve should be constructed this year, he adds. The corner outlot will have a 7,500-square-foot office and retail building.
Kutlick sold a 13,440-square-foot-warehouse building on Victoria Road in Austintown to DJV Carpet for $350,000, he reports.
He also said his company leased more than 8,400 square feet of office space in Boardman and Canfield to Infinite Synergy and Dr. Padgett. Both leased space on Boardman-Canfield Road by Mill Creek Park. Franchising Unlimited is relocating its offices to Tippecanoe Road in Canfield.
The other new leases are a wellness center coming to West Boulevard and a “food user” opening in Champion, Kutlick says.
