Complaints about Auto Dealers No. 1 at BBB
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Auto dealers topped the list of the industries most complained about by consumers on the Better Business Bureau’s website over a two-month period, the agency reports.
From February 1 to April 1, the other industries most complained about by consumers were windows, online retailers, door-to-door magazine sales and used auto dealers.
The five industries that drew the most inquiries by consumers over the two months were windows, construction/remodeling services, used auto dealers, heating and air conditioning, and general contractors. During the period, 30,707 business reviews were posted on the recently revamped BBB website, which recorded 35,583 visits, according to a community impact report.
BBB will also host its annual shredding event to combat against identity theft May 31 deom 9 a.m. untilnoon, at the Covelli Centre. Individuals are invited to bring up to three standard-size boxes of materials to be shredded.

Warren Marble & Granite Company and the Youngstown Business Incubator.
