Byce Adds Brokerage to His Auction Business
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Auctioneer Jeff Byce has obtained his brokers license and launched ByceAuction & Realty. The ByceAuction Gallery is located on Wick Avenue across from Ursuline High School.
The expansion comes, Byce says, after he earned the distinction as one of the “Top 10 Realtors in Ohio” from the Ohio Association of Realtors in 2010. He also earned the OAR President’s Sales Award the past four years while
selling under another brokerage. The accomplishments are based on dollar volume and number of units sold.
“The tremendous popularity of real estate auctions made having our own brokerage a necessity,” said Byce, who serves clients in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. “We successfully sell millions of dollars of real estate and personal property per year, all in about 30 days from the date of the contract.”
Since 2005, Byce has auctioned off personal property, vehicles and high-end collectibles.
ByceAuction recently was selected to handle the DeMarinis Estate and Stambaugh Trust auctions, two of the largest collections to go to auction in the Valley.
