Wenick Joins F.N.B. Wealth Management
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Mark J. Wenick, formerly corporate executive vice president for wealth management at First Place Bank, Warren, has joined F.N.B. Wealth Management as vice president and financial adviser in its downtown Youngstown office, F.N.B. announced Thursday.
F.N.B. Wealth Management, a subsidiary of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, is expanding its efforts to serve the more affluent residents in the Mahoning Valley and help companies manage their employee benefits plans. It has $3.9 billion in assets under management.
In his new role, Wenick “will develop new personal and institutional investment management and employee benefit relationships in Youngstown and the surrounding region,” F.N.B. Wealth Management said in a statement.
He reports to Steve English, managing director of trust and investment advisory sales at F.N.B. Wealth Management.
Wenick’s career in the financial services industry exceeds three decades. Before joining First Place, he managed the trust department in Youngstown for Bank One, since acquired by JP Morgan Chase.
He earned a baccalaureate at Columbia University and his juris doctorate at Duquense University School of Law.
First National Bank is the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., Hermitage, Pa.
