J.D. Power Gives Huntington Highest Marks
COLUMBUS, Ohio – J.D. Power and Associates reports its survey of small-business owners gives Huntington Bank the highest marks in the country in overall customer satisfaction, Power and Huntington announced Friday.
Huntington received 793 of a possible 1,000 points in the survey Power conducted. This is an improvement from the 767 points Huntington was given last year when it finished second in the small-business satisfaction survey. Power says it surveyed 7,246 small-business owners served by Huntington.
Power’s announcement follows the U.S. Small Business Administration’s recognition in October of Huntington as ranking third nationally in the number of loans it has small businesses even though its footprint and total dollars lent. Huntington ranks third despite having a presence in only six states, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.
Huntington Bancshares Inc., parent of Huntington National Bank, has assets of $56 billion.
