Farmers Bank Supports Beatitude House Children
CANFIELD, Ohio -- Employees of Farmers National Bank have purchased and delivered gifts for 50 children who live in the Beatitude House in Youngstown and three who live at the Beatitude House in Warren, the president and CEO of Farmers, John S. Gulas, announced Tuesday.
Farmers has been donating gifts to the Beatitude House several years, he noted.
“Everyone at Farmers hopes this project will lift the spirits of the good people doing important work at Beatitude house and make Christmas merrier for the mothers and children in the program’s care,” Gulas said.
The Beatitude House, sponsored by the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown, serves disadvantaged women and children by creating homes, providing educational opportunities and fostering healthy families. The sisters provide these families with the opportunity to transform their lives.
