Federated Investors CEO to Lecture at Grove City
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- J. Christopher Donahue, president and CEO of Federated Investors Inc., will present the J. Paul Sticht ’39 Memorial Lecture in Business and Ethics at Grove City College at 7 p.m. Thursday. Federated, based in Pittsburgh, is one of the largest investment management and financial services companies in the United States.
Donahue’s presentation, “Faith, Family and Federated,” is free and open to the public and will take place in Sticht Lecture Hall in the Hall of Arts and Letters.
As president and CEO of Federated, a company with more than $350 billion in assets under management, Donahue develops his firm’s long-term strategies and goals and indirectly oversees investment management and research, sales and marketing and administrative functions. Donahue also is president and director of Federated’s global, international and domestic equity mutual funds and international and domestic fixed-income funds.
Donahue graduated from Phillips Academy in 1967, Princeton University in 1971 and the University of Pittsburgh Law School in 1974.
