YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- "3 Minutes With” features the Coalition for Job Growth and Investment, which is opposing a charter amendment coming before voters for a third time that would restrict hydraulic fracking and deep-well injection in the city. Those speaking out against the amendment included Mayor John McNally, Mahoning County Democratic Party Chairman David Betras, New Bethel Church Pastor Rev. Kenneth Simon, Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 396 Business Agent Butch Taylor, Aslam Jaladah, staff representative for AFSCME Ohio Council 8, and Tom Humphries, president and CEO of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber.
