Monday, March 19, 2012YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Humility of Mary Health Partners will host the Northeast Ohio Healthcare Supplier Diversity Event April 24 at St. Elizabeth Health Center. Scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event welcomes minority and women-owned businesses to showcase their products and services, meet with other business owners and learn more about doing business with HMHP.
In addition to networking opportunities with HMHP key decision-makers, participants will have an opportunity to learn more about the importance of becoming certified as a minority or women-owned business enterprise with representatives from the Ohio Commission on Minority Business Enterprises.
Over the past several years, HMHP’s focus on supplier diversity has significantly increased the range and quantity of supplies and services purchased from minority- and women-owned businesses. Interested companies can register online.
