LOWELLVILLE, Ohio -- Enertech Electrical Inc. has formed a strategic partership with RMK Solar of Reading, Pa., to jointly design, engineer, develop and deliver solar photovoltaic, or PV, power systems in a geographical territory that covers Ohio, western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
Enertech is an electrical services provider for commercial and industrial projects. The partnership was driven by customer demand and rising electricity rates, said Greg Haren, Enertech CEO.
Enertech will offer efficient, cost-effective solar PV systems for the commercial, industrial, agricultural, and governmental markets through the partnership, he noted. RMK Solar has developed strong supply relationships with industry leaders in the solar PV market and will bring the engineering and project management experience to the partnership, he added. Enertech will bring its electrical experience, reputation for quality and local market knowledge.
"We believe that the timing of this partnership is very good due to rising electricity rates and the growing demand for alternative energy sources," Haren said. "Our customers want to become more energy independent. This partnership will allow us to broaden our services to our customers. The combination of an attractive financial return on investment and substantial environmental benefits makes investment in a solar PV system a sound business proposition.”
"This partnership combines Enertech’s strength as a provider for quality electrical products and services and RMK Solar’s strengths for design, engineering and development of cost-effective solar PV solutions," added Rob Kline, president of RMK Solar. "The partnership will benefit customers, create jobs and grow our solar PV solutions business opportunities in the region.”
