CarePatrol Opens Office in Poland

POLAND, Ohio -- CarePatrol, a franchise that assists seniors and their families with finding the safest care options for their loved ones, has opened its doors here. The free community service helps connect them with assisted living, memory care, in-home care services and independent living.
CarePatrol was started by a social worker in Arizona more than 21 years ago and now operates in multiple states. The new office’s service area includes Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Portage, Summit and Stark counties.
Sandy Cooper, owner of CarePatrol – East Ohio, who has 20 years of medical experience, has seen firsthand how overwhelming the choices for families can be when making decisions about eldercare. “There are many things to think about when considering care options for our loved ones, and often in emergency situations these decisions must be made very quickly,” she sys.
CarePatrol helps seniors and their families identify and select the safest care options with consideration for social and geographic preferences as well as financial resources. CarePatrol also accompanies clients on facility tours, follows up with care communities to ensure the client is receiving superior service, provides free telephone reassurance and medication reminder services, and assists clients with Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance benefits.
