Attorney Bushey New Chairman of Regional Chamber

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Martha Bushey, an attorney with Manchester, Bennett, Powers & Ullman, is the 2015 chairman of the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber. Bushey succeeds Pete Asimakopoulos, Youngstown market president for First National Bank, who served as chairman for two years and moves into the role of immediate past chairman.
The chamber board of directors also appointed five new members during its recent reorganizational meeting.
The new members are Col. James Dignan, 910th Airlift Wing commander at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station; Jim Gasior, president and CEO of Cortland Banks; Chis Jaskiewicz, president and chief operating officer of VEC Inc.; Ed Kolodziej, chief operating officer of Aqua Ohio; and Gary Small, president and CEO of Home Savings and Loan Co.
Their terms begin Jan. 1.
Other board officers and their positions are Vice Chairmen Doug Sweeney, president of Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC; Steve Kristan, director of external affairs for AT&T, Matthew Love, senior vice president of finance and strategy for Mercy Health Youngstown; and Ed Muransky, CEO of The Muransky Companies.
Serving as treasurer is Theodore Schmidt, regional president for PNC.
Thomas Humphries, president and CEO of the chamber, is the board's secretary.
