First National Expands Capital Markets Role
PITTSBURGH -- First National Bank of Pennsylvania has hired Richard M. Beaty II as vice president, capital markets, the company announced Tuesday.
Beaty, who reports to Ronald Donatelli, senior vice president, is responsible for setting up the bank's ability to help its customers gain access to capital markets by having First National Bank act as the lead bank in syndicating loans.
Before joining the bank, Beaty was vice president of syndicated capital markets for Regions Capital Markets, Atlanta, and before that vice president of syndicated leverage finance for Banc of America Securities LLC in Charlotte, N.C.
He began his career in Pittsburgh with the former National City Bank, since acquired by PNC Financial Services Group, Pittsburgh.
First National Bank is the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., Hermitage, which has assets of $9.8 billion at March 31.
