Jobs Initiative for Older Ohioans Begins March 15
Monday, February 27, 2012YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- The Ohio Department of Aging is teaming with state and local partners to launch the state's new "Civic Engagement Initiative" beginning March 15. Locally, the event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation Youngstown Customer Service Office.
The March 15 event, "Preparing Ohio's New 50+ for 21st Century Jobs," will inform attendees about the current jobs situation, resources and the initiatives to meet the needs of older workers.
