Sky Expands Warren Call Center

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Sky Bank is expanding its Call Center operations in downtown Warren, Ohio, over the next several months. The current staff of 30 will be increased by one-third. The expansion comes as a result of the pending acquisition of Union Federal Bank in Indianapolis.
Patrick Blanchard, vice president, Call Center Operations, said he is pleased with both the quantity and quality of job candidates in the greater Warren/Youngstown market."We've been delighted with the response, especially from the Spanish-speaking community," he noted. "Providing support for this growing client segment is top priority."
Callers from Sky's five-state region are automatically routed to the first available specialist at either the bank's Warren or New Castle, Pa., call centers.
