Friday, December 12, 2014YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Mahoning County Convention and Visitors Bureau today launched its newly redesigned website, YoungtownLive.com, which features a video starring actor and city native Ed O’Neill.
Others featured on the video include Jim and Ellen Tressel, Ray Mancini and fashion designer Nanette Lepore (CLICK HERE).
The video previews a full-length presentation that is being completed, according to the visitors bureau, and will be posted on the new website by the end of December.
Content on the site is organized by events, visits, stay and dine tabs. The homepage currently features holiday events and light displays.
“We hope our events pages will become a great resource, not only for our visitors, but for local residents as well. We want our website to become the ‘go-to source for information on what’s happening throughout Mahoning County, said Linda Macala, executive director of the visitors bureau.
The new website provides social media integration with direct links to the bureau’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube pages, which also can be followed @YoungstownLive. Visitors can download a visitors guide and sign-up for a monthly e-newsletter.
