Intier Picks Boardman for Temporary Space
BOARDMAN, Ohio -- Intier Automotive Seating of America, Inc. is setting up shop temporarily in Boardman as work continues on its Lordstown facility.Intier, which is manufacturing seating for General Motors Corp.'s Chevrolet Cobalt automobile line to be manufactured at Lordstown, has leased 40,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at 525 McClurg Road in Boardman. Coldwell Banker Commercial First Place Real Estate, which handled the deal, made the announcement in a news release issued today.Intier has said that it expects to employ 205 workers at the Lordstown plant.
