Naturopath Offers Online Health Challenge
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Danielle MacDuff, a doctor of naturopathy in association with DC Chiropractic and Phoenix House Wellness Center, is launching an online challenge in which people commit themselves to better health over a 100-day period beginning Jan. 15.
“By making only four small changes in their lifestyle, people can completely change their life,” MacDuff said. “So many people are focused on their health at this time of year, and making resolutions to finally start taking care of themselves. This program is the perfect jump start for their healthy lifestyle.”
During the first 30 days of the program, participants will focus on boosting their immune system, followed by 30 days of cleansing and detoxing their body. The third 30 days will be spent repairing the damage to their body, and the final 10 days on implementing these habits into their lifestyle for continued improvement and good health.
The web-based program allows people worldwide to participate. The program includes weekly videos and emails on topics such as immune boosting, cleansing/detox, body repair and lifestyle implementation. There will be prizes and giveaways throughout the 100 days. Participants can enroll in the program online.
MacDuff and Phoenix House can be reached at 1219 Niles-Cortland Road SE, Warren, by phone at 330 505 3515, or online at this website or on Facebook.
