F.N.B. Corp. Declares 12-Cent Cash Dividend
HERMITAGE, Pa. – Directors of F.N.B. Corp., parent of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, have declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per common share payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record Sept. 3, the company announced Wednesday.
The company has 145.17 million shares outstanding.
Shares closed yesterday at $12.61, down 18 cents from Tuesday’s close, on a volume of 291,815, roughly 54% of its average daily volume of 540,548 shares.
