Chamber to Salute Dickten, Mastervich, Catullo
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – An official with Vallourec Star, which earlier this year unveiled its new $1 billion mill, is among the honorees at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s upcoming Salute to Business breakfast. U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, D-13 Ohio, will be the keynote speaker at the event, which will take place Aug. 29 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman.
Honorees at the event will be Daniel Dickten, aviation director at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, Business Advocate of the Year; Joel Mastervich, president and chief operating officer at Vallourec Star, Business Professional of the Year; Daniel Catullo, owner of Catullo Prime Meats Inc., Entrepreneur of the Year; Stephanie Shaw, executive director of Eastern Ohio P-16 Partnership for Education, Non-Profit Professional of the Year; and Don Crane, president of theWestern Reserve Building & Construction Trades Council and Millwright-Pile Driver #1871 Salute to Labor Achievement.
The event also serves as the kickoff for the annual Canfield Fair, now in its 167th year. In addition, Eric Wolford, head coach at Youngstown State University, will preview the upcoming football season.
The program is set for 8-9:30 a.m., with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. Cost for the event is $25 for chamber members and $35 for non-members. Advance registration is required by Aug. 23.
