MVEDC Names Huntington Its Most Active Lender
Tuesday, February 10, 2015VIENNA TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- The Mahoning Valley Economic Development Corp. honored Huntington Bank this morning as its most active lender and awarded the bank its Perpetual Plaque. The bank gets to keep the plaque for a year.
The award was presented at the MVEDC’s annual “Lenders’ Appreciation Breakfast,” held at the Avalon Golf & Country club Squaw Creek.
Huntington’s Dave Howard, vice president business banking and MVEDC’s “Lender of the Year,” accepted the first award for working with the economic development agency to review the most applications.

First National Bank Names Kreider to Head NW Region
Friday, February 06, 2015PITTSBURGH -- First National Bank of Pennsylvania has named Frank Kreider regional president for its northwestern region that consists of six counties in northwestern Pennsylvania and two in northeastern Ohio.
John Williams, president of the bank, made the announcement Thursday.
The counties are Mahoning and Trumbull in Ohio and Mercer, Lawrence, Butler, Venango, Erie and Crawford in Pennsylvania.
Tri-State 1st Banc Reports 4Q Financial Results
Thursday, February 05, 2015EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio -- Tri-State 1st Banc Inc., holding company of 1st National Community Bank, Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $215,297 and full-year 2014 net income of $918,900. This compares to fourth-quarter 2013 net income of $273,321 and full-year 2013 net income of $1,113,529.
The company did not provide earnings per common share data or any tabular data.
